Accounting and General Assistent

Will complete the following Task:

Data enter for accounts payable, receivable, Purchase orders, Daily production reports etc.
Copying and Scanning documents
Filing documents
Run minor errands
Answer phones
Help out in other areas when need.
Requires

High School Graduate. College degree or some college a plus.
2 years of proven related work experience
Experience with Quick Books
Experience Microsoft office, including word and Excel
Able to pass Drug and Background check.

Full Job Description
Bottling Manager
Kentucky Artisan Distillery has an immediate opening for a Bottling Manager to meet the demands of our rapidly growing bottling services. We are looking for someone the following abilities.

-Manage day to day operations of three bottling lines

-Manage work schedule for 15 to 20 bottling employees ensuring proper manning of all lines

-Adhere to high-quality standards set by KAD and customers

-Arrange bottling schedule to meet the needs of KAD and Customers

-Communicate with customers to ensure all materials are on-premise before starting a bottling project

-Communicate with management in other areas that work in conjunction with bottling

-Ensure that all employees are abiding by all safety, sanitary, and Covid protocols

-Ensure the bottling facility is clean and unclutter for tour experiences

-Give daily reports on production to Distillery Director and Operation Manager

-Find ways to increase productivity in bottling operations

– Experience with Distill X 5 distilling management program is a plus

-Mechanical experience with bottling or related equipment a plus

This is a demanding job that requires constant monitoring and adapting to current situation. Must be well organized and have ability to change plans with little notice.
