If it grows together, it goes together, right? Well, it’s definitely worth investigating. Mangoes and Bourbon don’t exactly grow together, but in this cocktail they certainly go together!

Smoke Justis Mango Madness

• 1.25 oz Rabbit Hole Cavehill
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water stirred to dissolve)
• 1.5 oz mango purée (3 mangos, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water)
• Topped with 3 dashes ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice and stir. Top with ground pepper.
