This blend of straight bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York is a barrel proof expression – 108 proof. It has been aged in secondary, charred oak barrels.

The nose isn’t just rich caramel, it’s chewy toffee. On the palate the toffee is partnered with vanilla crème brulee, some pear, and plenty of baking spice. The selection panel noted a striking comparison to cinnamon crumb cake drizzled with caramel and studded with little pieces of fruit. The finish is long and warm, without a trace of heat.
