They are looking to recruit a VP of Sales For American Whiskey Magazine and Whisky Magazine. The VP of Sales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through expert management of key accounts and projects across our publication and events portfolio. Exceptional client relationship management, strategic sales planning, and unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service are paramount.

Knowledge of all advertising platforms available across print, digital, social and video, delivering exceptional quality marketing for key whiskey brands based in the USA.

 

Project Management Responsibilities

You are responsible for the sales for the following brands, with responsibility for dedicated clients in the USA

  • American Whiskey Magazine
  • Americanwhiskeymag.com
  • Whisky Magazine
  • WhiskyMag.com
  • Bourbon annual
  • World Whiskies Awards – America’s Best
  • Partnership projects – Video amplification

 

Project Contribution Responsibilities

You are responsible for sales for the following brands, with responsibility for clients in the USA

  • Paragraph Partnership
  • Whisky Live
  • Tickets

 

Reports & other responsibilities

  • Forecast on areas of sales management: Monthly, 1st of the month.
  • Marked up issues for brands for which responsible: Day after publication, event or presentation

 

Targets

Agreed targets in alignment with organisational objectives to be shared.

 

Bonus plan

Bonus plan based on achievement of monthly sales targets

You will participate in the annual discretionary company bonus scheme, reviewed each March based upon the previous financial year’s performance, and paid in April’s payroll.

 

Reporting to

Commercial & Events Director (with support from the Publishing Director as required).
