Grapefruit is a winter fruit, but it makes a great summer cocktail!

Brown Sugar Grapefruit Sour

  • 2 oz Rabbit Hole Cavehill bourbon whiskey
  • 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters (I use Scrappys)

Combine everything in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Sip and enjoy!
