Grapefruit is a winter fruit, but it makes a great summer cocktail!

Brown Sugar Grapefruit Sour
- 2 oz Rabbit Hole Cavehill bourbon whiskey
- 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
- 3 dashes grapefruit bitters (I use Scrappys)
Combine everything in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Sip and enjoy!
