The Bourbon Women Association just announced the finalists for our 2021 Not Your Pink Drink Cocktail Competition, sponsored by Rabbit Hole. We had a lot of great entries, but unfortunately only ten were chosen for the finals.
But we wanted to share a few of the cocktail recipes that stood out, which we found deserving of an honorable mention.
First up is the Cold-Hearted Cadillac submitted by Josh Baylor of High Horse in Louisville, Kentucky. Enjoy!
Cold-Hearted Cadillac
- 2 oz Rabbit Hole Heigold
- ½ oz Galliano
- 4 oz Cold Brew Coffee*
- Garnish: Hand-whipped cream** & chocolate shave***
- Glassware: 10 oz Collins
Preparation: build in Collins, stir briefly with ice, top with cream, generously grate chocolate shavings on top.
- * I used Sunergos Cold Brew Coffee (any medium roasted cold brew or iced coffee is fine)
- ** Hand-whip 1 C heavy cream with 1 T sugar
- *** I used Abuelita Mexican Chocolate (any dark cocoa powder will work)
