Between the Sheets

  • 1.5 oz 100 proof bourbon (or higher)
  • 1 oz Nutella Chocolate Sauce (recipe below)
  • .5 oz Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey
  • .25 oz Rivulet Pecan Liqueur

For the Garnish:

  • Crushed roasted hazelnuts
  • Small Dish of Nutella

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker & fill with ice. Garnish the glass by dipping some of the rim into the dish of Nutella, then spin through the roasted hazelnuts, until some stick on to the side. Shake the cocktail and double strain into the chilled & garnished martini glass.

Nutella Chocolate Sauce:
Slightly warm 4 oz of bourbon cream & add 4 tblsp of Nutella. Stir until well combined. A crazy-good boozy chocolate sauce perfect for ice cream, coffee, strawberries or anything that deserves a little decadence!
