Under the Kentucky Sun

1 1/2 oz Rabbit Hole Cavehill

1/2 oz Ramazzotti amaro

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. fig jam

Put all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake for at least 10 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon and orange slice.
